Mr Dimo Kolibarov
Information about the artist

Dimo Kolibarov is an exceptionally well known Bulgarian printmaker born in 1965 in Pomorie, Bulgaria. He specializes in etchings and aquatints. His pictures are fairy-tale dreams from the world of children's imagination or surrealistic multidimensional accounts of the passing of time or the evolution. His style is distinct and the quality of work is excellent.
Kolibarov has participated in exhibitions all around the world since 1989.He has had the honour to represent Bulgarian artists in Bulgarian arts shows around the world in places such as Portugal, Kuwait, Germany, Belgium, Slovakia, Switzerland, Korea, Greece, USA, Yugoslavia, Japan and so on.
We have now been able to get prints from some of the long series of prints he has made; the "Sun-dial details" and "Fragments from the evolution"-cycles.

Since 2003 Dimo Kolibarov also functions as an assistant professor at the National Academy of Art, department of Graphic Art, a recognition of his outstanding print-making and artistic skills.
