BestNetArt Artgallery is an online WEB-based Artgallery. We specialize in small size artprints and originals. Our business idea is to provide affordable high quality original contemporary art. Delivery is made by mail and payment preferably by credit card.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Gallery, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Pay here" and you will be asked to enter your home country. This will allow us to calculate the shipping charges. Then you will be asked to enter your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. You will be asked how you would like to pay; by invoice and payment before delivery (invoice will be sent by mail), credit card details given at end of checkout or credit card details sent separately by fax (fill in our form which you will receive on-line after you have finalized your order). By going to the next page you will receive a receipt. Now push the "DONE"-button. THIS WILL CONFIRM YOUR ORDER, and we will send you an e-mail to confirm that this has happened.
After pushing the DONE button you will have the possibility to give us your credit card information. On a separate page handled by our Payment Service Provider LUOTTOKUNTA you are asked to give us the ORDER NUMBER (from the receipt), total purchase amount, your name and information about your credit card. Confirm your purchase to the credit card company by pushing the "ACCEPT" button. You have now finalized your purcase.
All our prices are in euros and include VAT if applicable. We add 2 euro handling and applicable postage charges. Local customs charges may be added locally outside of the EU area.
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may give Your credit card information on line, send it by mail or fax or give it by phone.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping is made as soon as possible after we receive your order and payment (usually within 1 week).
Goods are sent by mail. A handling charge of 2 euros and applicable postage charges are added to the price of the artwork shown in the Gallery.
The artwork is packed in a way which shall prevent damages during transportation
Delivery Schedule
Shipping is made as soon as possible after we receive your order and payment (usually within 1 week). There may be times when we are on travel looking for new art to sell in our gallery. During these times deliveries may be delayd, but we will always deliver what we have promised !
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will try to aquire more of the artprints you orderd, and back order for you. As we sell originals and original artprints made only in a limited number of copies (normally 1-300 prints) we cannot promise to always have in stock what You order. In this case You will always be emailed with information about optional alternatives, or You may cancel your order if we cannot provide You with suitable alternatives.
Tax Charges
The total amount on the invoice / receipt is what we charge you. The amount includes VAT if applicable.
Local customs- and other charges may be added in your home country.
We use the so called "margin scheme" for VAT calculation which means that there is no deductable VAT
Credit Card Security
No credit card information is stored on our computer. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We are linked to an authorized Payment Service Provider called LUOTTOKUNTA and we are part of the secure "Verified by Visa" and MasterCard "SecureCode" -programs.
If you send your credit card information by fax we will store the information at a safe place and destroy the document when it is no longer needed.
Guarantee
We garantee that our product discriptions are correct and true.
The artwork is always an original or an original artprint with a limited number of copies made.
No massproduced items are on sale at our gallery. We do our best to display the artwoks as realistic as we can on the Web. In the case You are not satisfied You have the right to return the artwork to us and we will refund your payment.
Returns must be made within 15 days. Please read our Returns Policy.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy
Goods may be returned within 15 days.
The goods must not be damaged in any way.
